Today my sweet babies turned 5. I cannot believe it!! We had the "family" party tonight at our house. We had pizza and cake and ice cream. Everybody had a great time and the twins got WAY too many toys!! They are spoiled rotten. Tomorrow they will have cupcakes at the school! The cakes for tonight's party were a horse and a flounder....yes only in Carteret County do kids have flounder cakes. Tomorrow they will have a toucan and a Hello Kitty cake. oh yes - the dinosaur infatuation has been longlived at our house too - it's been the one constant of brady's life since he was about 18 months old (and he'll be 4 in may). and actually - i'm pretty happy about that - it sure beats the fad-loving jackson who changes his toy-of-choice about once every 4-6 months. ugh!
I'd love to have me a doormat flounder cake for my birthday!
